The Spectrum Temperament Model is base on a behavioral psychology framework that helps individuals understand their natural personality. It uses the language of color to make temperament easy to understand and apply in everyday life.
The Spectrum Model uses four colors to represent the natural temperaments which are foundational to a persons motivations and how they derive their sense of personal value. Knowing your core natural temperament whether Gold, Blue, Green, and Orange, will bring keen awareness to how you think, behave, and engage with the world. In addition to temperament, there are two interaction styles, introversion (lavender) and extroversion (purple), and this informs how individuals process information and recharge their energy (not how much a person likes to be around other people - and other common misconceptions). Together, these colors form your Full Color Spectrum, which reflects your unique combination of lived experience and natural tendencies.
Spectrum is not a personality label. It is a tool that helps individuals and teams understand their natural motivations and drivers and how those preferences shape communication, leadership, stress responses, and relationships. The results that come from implementing Spectrum is also different from popular personality models, our results are sustainable and immediately impactful
Spectrum helps individuals recognize their natural motivations, understand their communication patterns, and lead with greater clarity.
For teams, it provides a shared language that builds trust, reduces conflict, and strengthens collaboration.
For organizations, it accelerates alignment and improves the human side of transformation leading to sustained success.

Responsibility, structure, follow through. Gold prefers clarity, reliability, and order.

Empathy, connection, authenticity. Blue values meaning, relationships, and emotional harmony.

Adaptability, action, spontaneity. Orange thrives on freedom, experience, and momentum.
