Mariah Judd, Ph.D.
Mariah Judd is the founder of Judd Consulting Group and a classically trained scientist, licensed practitioner of the Spectrum Temperament Model, and experienced industry professional. Her career spans leadership development, commercial strategy, innovation, R&D, and organizational transformation across multiple industries. Her career experience has shaped her belief that people are capable of remarkable growth when given the tools to understand themselves and lead with purpose.
Mariah combines her scientific training with her experience leading cross functional teams to help individuals and organizations navigate change with clarity and trust. She brings a grounded, empathetic style to her work and is known for creating environments where people feel seen, understood, and capable of more than they realized.
She is certified to deliver the Spectrum Development Temperament Model and other advanced modules created by Dr. Marla G. Sanchez, PhD. Her work centers on teaching individuals and teams how behavioral psychology influences leadership, relationships, and outcomes then puts it into practice for lasting change.
